It is looks so unique in its own way. Its whole body is bald except the chest where the fur flows down giving it a freaky, creepy and weird look.
To me, this ugly animal looks like a mythical beast. I at times even wonder, could it be a part of Sphynx breed? or may be this could be a Donskoy breed? I leave the discussion up to you now and let you see the pictures:

In addition to being ugly, it's overfed (unless a metabolic disorder or disease is to blame).

This is a strange looking cat but what is it? I have never seen a Sphinx cat with hair like that. I don't think it's ugly, just odd. I kinda like it. I think most cats are very beautiful and would be hard pressed to find one "ugly", even this one.
